The Project will restore the streambed for unobstructed fish passage and stream flow by removing concrete encasements, steel casing, and pieces of the nonactive, fiber optic cable that were exposed due to erosion and were temporarily left in place after the fiber optic cable and conduit were replaced as part of Phase 1.
