Develop 80 acres of vacant land as an RV & tent-camping resort. Project includes 10 tent camping site, 40 RV-camping sites, 4 pre-existing structures to be converted into cabins for rent, a restaurant, and a kayak and surf board rental for recreational use on the Olancha Lake. All potential impacts to biological & water resources will be avoided and minimized using the Conditions of Approval placed on the issuance of the zone reclassification & General Plan Amendment.
