Site Approval application for truck and trailer parking facility, on a 2.3 acre parcel over two (2) Phases. Phase 1 will be unmanned and includes utilizing the existing paved area for the parking of ten (10) trucks and nine (9) trailers. Phase 2 includes additional surfacing for up to ten (1 O) additional trucks and up to nine (9) additional trailers. In addition, Phase 2 proposes to convert an existing 1,445 square foot house to an office. The parcel will be served by an existing septic system and existing onsite retention pond, and proposes to connect to public water.
