Document Description
SEWD is planning to transfer up to 3,620 AF of its pre-1914 water right water to DRWD, ACWD, KC, and KCWA from June through September 2020. SEWD will make water available for transfer by temporarily reducing surface water diversion. SEWD will instead serve the irrigation water demands within its service area by increased groundwater pumping. DWR will pump the transfer water using existing facilities at the DocuSign Envelope ID: 7348DC71-D3D9-4BC2-9265-3DE0211F972F 2 Banks Pumping Plant and convey the water to DRWD, ACWD, KC and KCWA during the summer and fall of 2020.
