Project includes the following: Proposed transfer/processing facility, composting facility and in-vessel digestion facility; hours of operation for receipt of waste, maintenance, and office will be 7:00am-5:00pm and 6:00am-6:00pm during peak season; hours of operation for material processing/packaging will be 6:00am-4:00pm and 6:00am-6:00pm during peak season; hours of operation for outdoor processing will be sunrise to sunset; hours of operation for in-vessel digestion/maintenance will be 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; permitted maximum tonnage will be 1,250 tons per day; permitted traffic volume will be 385 vehicles per day; total permitted area will be 70 acres; and the design capacity will be 1,250 tons per day.
