The District is proposing the construction and operation of a new 15,122 square-foot headquarters that would include two main buildings (an Operations Building and Administration Building), a signage tower, and an Operations warehouse.Due to the aging condition of the building and need of upgraded facilities, the Proposed Project will serve as the new location of the District headquarters.
