Document Description
The proposed project would result in a mix of multi-family residential units, indoor/outdoor commercial food services with an intermittent outdoor entertainment and recreation uses, and hotel development. The residential portion includes 320 units. A commercial food services and ancillary use will be located on approximately 4 acres, totaling 8,700 square feet.
