Document Description
The San Diego Water Board, as a responsible agency, reviewed and considered the information contained in the Final MND related to matters within the San Diego Water Board’s jurisdiction in issuing this Order. The Order requires implementation of waste discharge requirements. Compliance with the conditions in the Order will ensure protection of applicable water quality objectives and beneficial uses. The San Diego Water Board independently finds that the impacts on hydrology and water quality from the construction and operations of the Facility will be less than significant with mitigation. The San Diego Water Board filed a notice of determination on September 18, 2023, in accordance with CEQA Guidelines section 15096(i).
