The Imperial County Public Works Department proposes to replace the existing Lack Road Bridge (No. 58C-0101) 7 span timber bridge with a new precast concrete bridge designed to current AASHTO standards with California amendments. The selection of a precast bridge structure would eliminate the need for construction to take place within the New River. All operations are anticipated to take place from the banks.
