Document Description
The project provides maintenance on existing facilities: Phase II will relocate overhead powerlines to an existing underground utilities box, remove overhead poles, install a concrete pad, and rewire the interior of two buildings. All work would occur on DWR property. The project provides public safety for flood emergency response.

The project activities fit under categorical exemptions, Class 1, 2, and 4 (CEQA Sections 15301, 15302, and 15304), and the general rule, 15061(b)(3).
