Document Description
The Project involves a Major Site Plan (ZON-2021-0102) to construct a new overflow truck trailer parking lot to serve the previously approved GLC Fullerton Project. The Project site encompasses approximately 1.25-net acres. The parking lot would provide 34 tractor-trailer parking stalls. Fourteen-foot-high screen walls would be installed along the perimeter of the site, and 8-foot-high metal gates would be provided for ingress/egress. Driveways would be located along State College Boulevard, and along the western and northern perimeters of the Project site to provide connectivity with the truck yards for previously approved Building 3 and Building 4. An Addendum to the previously certified Goodman Logistics Center Fullerton Project Final Environmental Impact Report was prepared pursuant to Section 15164 of the State of California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines, and concluded that the proposed project does not create any new impacts that were not previously considered and does not intensify any impacts previously identified, and therefore, will not have a significant effect on the environment. All feasible mitigation measures from the EIR have been incorporated into the project approval.
