Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0614-R1 , pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Francesco Galofaro. The project is limited to two encroachments. The two proposed encroachments are to upgrade road/stream crossing and to remediate grading within the channel of a Class Ill stream. Work for these encroachments will include excavation and grading, shaping of a previously graded stream channel, installation of one culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.

The project will improve a road/stream crossing and remediate a stream impacted by unpermitted grading. There would be no significant adverse impact on endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to section 15065. There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed. The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects.
