Document Description
The proposed action includes adopting a resolution of application to initiate proceedings with the San Diego Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) to form a County Service Area (CSA) under Government Code sections 25210.1- 25217.4. This will enable the County of San Diego Department of Public Works to provide water service within the affected territory. Upon formation of the CSA, the County of San Diego Department of Public Works will return to the Board of Supervisors to establish a new water service rate and adopt a fee ordinance.
