Document Description
Granting of right-of-way to the City of Tulare (City) as part of the Cartmill Avenue/State Route 99 Interchange. The City and Caltrans entered into a cooperative Agreement on February 2, 2009, which facilitated the construction of a new State Route 99 overcrossing and on- and off- ramps for Cartmill Avenue.
