Document Description
Trio Petroleum LLC (Trio) is proposing to drill four (4) oil and gas wells, the Pon 4, Pon 5, Hill 1 and V-1RD3 to a depth not to exceed 5,500 feet from existing well sites located within the fenced boundaries of the Trio Union Avenue Oil Field Production Facility located within Tier 5. If a well is successful, a pump jack will be installed and the well will be connected to existing production equipment. Belle Terrace Avenue and existing oil field roads provide access to the existing well sites; therefore, no new access roads are proposed. Additionally, the existing well sites are currently located in an active oil field production facility and the production facility has been there since the mid 1940s. All oil activities have pre dated the surrounding residences.
