Document Description
The proposed project would upgrade a section of State Route (SR) 1 to current Americans with Disabilities Act {ADA) standards from Post Mile (PM) 59.8 through 62.1 in Mendocino County. The proposed scope of work would include installing a retaining wall, reconstructing and/or constructing curb ramps, new sidewalk, drainage inlets, culverts, and pavement markings at specified locations along SR 1. This project is proposed to address ADA deficiencies within project limits. The project is needed to comply with the 2010 ADA lawsuit settlement.
