Document Description
The proposed project will include the demolition and removal of the existing roofing system, cover board, rigid insulation, and built-up roofing. New rigid board insulation, cover board, and 1-ply PVC roofing will be installed. Maintenance will be performed on the walkway surface. Roof edge flashing around roofing perimeter and at curbs will be removed and replaced, as well as the existing roof drain boxes. The project will also flash existing pipe and conduit penetrations. The roof is currently over 20 years old and is in need of replacement, which will be done to avoid significant failure that will lead to further damage
