Document Description
This project will renovate four existing large lecture halls that are used by the entire campus across all majors and will improve the student learning experience and lecturer teaching environment. It also address deferred maintenance, capital renewal, energy efficiency, and ADA compliance needs for the spaces. This project consists of tenant improvements at the four lecture halls that sit on the west end of the building, while maintaining the seat count. The project scope includes: new finishes, new fixed tablet arm seating, and acoustical and audiovisual improvements. Old lecture “stages” will be removed in each hall to allow for ADA accessibility.
