This project consists of tenant improvements at the four lecture halls that sit on the west end of the building, while maintaining the seat count. The project scope includes: new finishes, new fixed tablet arm seating, and acoustical and audiovisual improvements. Old lecture “stages” will be removed in each hall to allow for ADA accessibility.
