Issue a Right of Entry Permit (ROE) to; Rados Inc. to stage vehicles and equipment for the city of Sacramento sewer project. Rados will perform surface grubbing/cleaning and stabilization on both parcels. No ground disturbance will occur in this project. All work conducted pursuant to this ROE and related project work will comply with all state and federal environmental laws,-including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, section 5024 of the Public Resource Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
