Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0511-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Kenneth Ambrosini. The project is limited to installation of culverts on an existing private driveway to prevent excessive sedimentation and erosion from unimproved crossings. The driveway is used to access the commercial cannabis premises. Both crossings will be improved with 24-inch diameter corrugated metal pipes with rock armoring at the outlet.

The project involves the installation of permanent infrastructure within an existing road prism at two locations and will not pose a risk to the environment or public safety. Construction of new small stream crossings on a Class III stream will not result in significant adverse impacts on endangered, rare, or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to California Code of Regulations, title 14, section 15065.
