Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board), as the responsible agency, will be issuing a water supply permit. The Caltrans - Valley Wells SRRA proposed project included the replacement of an existing portable water system at the Valley Wells Safety Roadside Rest Area (SRRA) located on Interstate 15 (1-15) at PM 161.1, between Baker and the California/Nevada state line. This project is key to the traveling public, both for commercial and recreational purposes from and to California.
