Document Description
The Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) requested an amendment to the Pit 3, 4, and 5 Hydroelectric Project (Project); Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Project No. 233 water quality certification (certification). PG&E is requesting a modification to Mitigation Measure 12, Recreation Management Plan. Mitigation Measure 12 requires PG&E to increase the amount of public overnight camping units around Lake Britton by 25 percent, with at least half of the increased capacity added in the first 12- year period after FERC license issuance. The '.proposed amendment would extend the 12-year - deadline by one year, from December 31, 2019, to December 31, 2020.
