Document Description
Phase 1 - Construction repairs will follow the plans prepared by the office of lone Steigler Architecture (ISA) for repairs to the historic Lodge building in Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve. Repairs will include the porch, roof, seismic, beams, wiring, posts, lintels and gargoyles to support continued maintenance and use. Measures to be implemented to avoid impact may be obtained by submitting a request to the project Environmental Coordinator listed below.

No potential for significant impact to the environment is anticipated in compliance with CEQA §15300.4. If the project is implemented as indicated within the CDPR Project Evaluation Form, then it is exempt under CEQA §15301-Existing Facilities and §15331--Historical Resource Restoration/Rehabilitation. The action falls under the Departmental List of Exempt activities according to CEQA
§15300.4 as:
• "Utility repairs or minor upgrades" (Class 1, Section 15301) and
• "Activities affecting historic resources consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties" (Class 31, Section 15331 ).
