Document Description
Continue on-going operations and maintenance of the Moore and Pleasant Grove flashboard dams and the Pleasant Grove Canal Fish Screen. Project includes installation of the flashboard dams at Moore and Pleasant Grove annually no earlier than April 15 and removal of the flashboards no later than October 15. Other activities include as-needed: routine vegetation maintenance, flashboard maintenance, fish screen maintenance, very minor sediment management, and infrequent large debris removal.

The project consists of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alteration of existing public structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of existing or former use, this would include existing facilities of both investor and publicly owned utilities used to provide electric power, natural gas, sewerage, or other public utility services. (Guidelines Article 19, Section 15301, (b)).
