Continue on-going operations and maintenance of the Moore and Pleasant Grove flashboard dams and the Pleasant Grove Canal Fish Screen. Project includes installation of the flashboard dams at Moore and Pleasant Grove annually no earlier than April 15 and removal of the flashboards no later than October 15. Other activities include as-needed: routine vegetation maintenance, flashboard maintenance, fish screen maintenance, very minor sediment management, and infrequent large debris removal.

(Guidelines Article 19, Section 15301, (b)).
