Document Description
PG&E will protect gas transmission pipelines L-100A, L-300B, and L-100 from ongoing incision of Thompson Creek. In a 2018 temporary stabilization project, 1,478 cubic yards of rock armoring and gravel were placed in the creek channel to armor the pipelines. The current project will bury the pipelines a minimum of 14 feet below the creek bed, remove the temporary armoring installed in 2018, and reconfigure the project reach of Thompson Creek to match the unimpacted channel reaches upstream and downstream of the area impacted by the 2018 temporary stabilization project.
