Document Description
The project proposes to rehabilitate four existing on and off ramps at the interchange between 1-5 and State Route 85 by cold planning 3 inches of existing asphalt concrete and replacing with the same amount of hot mix asphalt. no shoulder work or off pavement work is anticipated, and all work is to occur within the existing Caltrans right of way. All work is anticipated to occur at night. Ramp closures will occur using temporary signage and barriers to be removed at the end of each night of work. No ground disturbance is anticipated during this project. The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate degrading on and off ramps at the State Route 58/lnterstate 5 interchange to maintain the safety and efficiency of the travel roadway.
