Document Description
The proposed project consists of construction of a self-storage. The project proposes to demolish the existing Neff Rental facility's two buildings and construct four buildings totaling 110,618 square feet with 721 storage units, a 1,582 square foot facility office at the western edge of the site along Sierra College Boulevard, and an 880 square foot corporate office for Superior Self Storage at the east end of the complex. No outdoor storage is proposed.
