Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project will abandon failing private septic systems and connect 57 single family residences to public sewer facilities. The Project includes approximately 4,800 feet of new 8-inch gravity sewer collector to be constructed within county right-of-way along Elkhorn Boulevard, West 2nd Street, Chisum Avenue, Willis Avenue, and Magdelina Street.
