The project includes approximately 4,800 feet of new 8-inch gravity sewer collector to be constructed within county right-of-way along Elkhorn Boulevard, West 2nd Street, Chisum Avenue, Willis Avenue, and Magdelina Street. The proposed alignment would also require an easement along the southern boundary line of a property located at 6133 West 2nd Street to direct
