Document Description
he Project consists of three proposed commercial cannabis operations for three separate growers (CaliDutch Inc., KloneCo Inc., and Ono Associates) on one project site, Oku Flower Farm. CaliDutch Inc. proposes to lease an existing 55,650 sq. ft. greenhouse to cultivate up to 20,000 cannabis plants of varying life stages and require 5-12 employees. (State Lic. Nos. CCA19-0003883; CCA19-0003884; CCA19-0003885) KloneCo proposes to lease an existing 55,120 sq. ft. greenhouse to operate a cannabis nursery. The operation would house up to 30,000 sq. ft. of mother plants, 10,000 sq. ft. of propagation plants, and would employ up to 6 people. The installation of a 500 sq. ft. office trailer and a 200 sq. ft. storage shed is also proposed. (State Lic. No. CCL19-0003129) Ono Associates proposes to lease an existing 53,000 sq. ft. greenhouse to cultivate up to 52,000 sq. ft. cannabis and employ up to 6 people.(State Lic. No. LCA19-0005102) Electricity to the site is provided by 100% renewable resources and anticipated water consumption for the applicants (30 acre-feet per year) does not exceed the site’s current water rights of 40 acre-feet of water per year.
