- The HE provides direction for the implementation of various programs to meet existing and projected future housing needs for all income levels. The PEIR evaluates the potentially significant, adverse, and beneficial impacts on the environment resulting from the HEU, including future housing development on the candidate housing sites (project). The PEIR has been prepared to identify the potentially significant environmental effects from future development on the candidate housing sites pursuant to the HEU.
