The Project includes the reconductoring of approximately 7.8 miles of the Humboldt Bay-Humboldt #1 60 kV Power Line (HB-H #1 line), a single-circuit power line in Humboldt County. The majority of reconductoring work would occur within existing rights-of-way (ROW). Temporary construction easements may be obtained to accommodate staging areas outside of existing easements or ROWs.
