For both project alternatives, construction of this proposed project will result in continuous passing lanes in each direction. The 14-foot wide paved median included in the preferred Alternative 1 would be striped and serve as a continuous Two Way Left Turn Lane (TWLTL) throughout the project limits, resulting in a five-lane facility.
