Document Description
The California Department of Transportation proposes to widen SR 70 between Laurellen Road and the Butte/Yuba County line to provide a five-lane cross-section within the full postmile limits; PM 16.2-25.8. Two 12-foot travel lanes and 8-foot shoulder would be provided in each direction with a 14-foot wide continuous center Two Way Left Turn Lane (TWL TL) bounded by a minimum 20-foot Clear Recovery Zone (CRZ).
