The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-RIV-32868-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, California Department of Transportation District 8. The Project will impact 18.631 acres of Fish
and Game Code section 1602 resources. The Project will construct install new rock slope protection, widen bridge structures, widen culverts, grade streambeds, and construct culvert inlet and outlet structures.
