Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0179-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES, DIVISION OF FLOOD MANAGEMENT The project is limited to the waterside repair of a 175-foot section of eroding levee along Deer Creek. Deer Creek Site 80 exhibits significant erosion from the water side levee toe up to the middle of the levee slope. The repair area is approximately 175-linear feet and 0.1-acre in size.
