The purpose of the proposed project is to dredge and dispose approximately 330,000 cy of sediment from the LARE federal navigational channel and 40,000 cy from the POLB Approach Channel in order to maintain authorized depth s. Dredged materials will be disposed of at the LA-2 Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site (ODMDS).
