The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project includes the plan and design of a replacement water well to serve the Manzanita Elementary School site. The Project will involve evaluation of the existing groundwater well and aquifer data, as well as collection of data from an on-site test hole. The test hole will be abandoned in place and returned to its original site condition following California Well Standards. The Project goal is to determine the optimal design criteria that meets water production targets and drinking water quality standards.
