The only well serving the property is in violation of the 1,2,3-TCP state primary drinking water standard. The proposed project will analyze viable water supply options and intend to design a replacement well that produces water from water bearing strata with water quality that complies with regulations. The Project will include a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER), a test well, and a Preliminary Design Report.
