Reasons for Exemption
The Guest Ranch vacation rentals and Assemblages wedding venue began operations in 2015. No additional construction is proposed. The project will not require additional public services. Conditions of approval are included to reduce impacts. Applicant will be required to comply with applicable rules, regulations, permit, orders, standards, thresholds, etc., from local. state. and federal entities. Therefore. the use of Section 15301 is applicable and appropriate.
