Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0213-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Dan Duncan representing the Feather Water District. The Project include routine maintenance on two separate inlet channels adjacent to the Feather River. Project activities include: the dredging of two screen inlet channels on the west side of the Feather River that lead to the District’s pumping structures. And up to 50 cubic yards of rock and rip rap added to the upstream portion above the south pump station, to protect the bank and rock dam. The Project also includes the diversion of up to 130 cfs of water from the South and North ponds, from January 1 to December 31.

The South Pump inlet project location occurs within Section 23, Township 14N, Range 3E of the Olivehurst 7.5-minute USGS quadrangle. The North Pump inlet project location occurs within Section 12, Township 13N, Range 3E, of the Nicolaus 7.5-minute USGS quadrangle.
