The proposed project meets the Categorical Exemptions guidelines and has been determined to be exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The project has been found categorically exempt per Section 15303: "New Construction of Small Structures" because the exemption applies to a limited
numbers of new, small facilities or Structures, which includes installation of small new equipment and facilities in small structures. Using this exemption, the installation of a 35 foot monopole with accessory equipment is considered exempt as a small structure.
