Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to widen the truck turning radius on State Route 3 at postmile 18.8, in San Joaquin County at the southwest corner of the intersection of Filbert Street/East Myrtle Street and will include a portion of the SR-4 westbound onramp. The purpose of this project is to extend the service life of the existing pavement. The need of this project is to accommodate the turning radius for the large Surface Transportation Assistance Act (STAA).
