Caltrans proposes to install accessible pedestrian signal (APS) systems and pedestrian countdown timers, upgrade any curb ramps disturbed by construction activities, and refresh crosswalk markings with high-visibility markings at various locations along Routes 4, 24, 80, 123, 242, 580, and 680 in Contra Costa County.
