Issue Right of Entry Permit to the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to conduct site investigation work on Angel Island State Park to research hazardous waste sites related to the Formerly Used Defense Site (FUDS) known as Fort McDowell. All work conducted in association with the Right of Entry will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, CEQA, and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
