The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0332-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Carl Nomura. The project is limited to replacement of an existing retaining wall to stabilize the creek bank on Alhambra Creek and to install new supports to the eastern carport columns.
