Document Description
UC Davis proposes to modify the UC Davis Sacramento Campus 2020 Long Range Development Plan (2020 LRDP) land use designations to accommodate the proposed Parking Structure 7 (PS7) project. The PS7 project would develop a new, 1,259-stall parking structure east of the M.I.N.D. Institute on the eastern edge of Sacramento Campus. The PS7 project site is currently designated as Parking Structure and Ambulatory Care in the 2020 LRDP. A minor LRDP Amendment to the 2020 LRDP is proposed to redesignate approximately 1.27 acres of Ambulatory Care to Parking Structure, which consists of extending the southern boundary of the 2020 LRDP PS7 project site by 200 feet and the western boundary by 35 feet.
