Document Description
UC Davis proposes to develop a parking structure, known as Parking Structure 7 (PS7) on the far eastern portion of the Sacramento Campus. The PS7 project site is comprised of a vacant lot and surface parking lot #25. The remaining portion of parking lot #25 will be redesigned and restriped. The PS7 project would deliver approximately 1,259 parking stalls in a tiered four/five-story parking structure. A restroom and storage room are located on the ground floor. The project provides necessary utility improvements and site modifications to support the new structure.
