Document Description
The proposed project would remove and replace the failing asphalt concrete surface of the Simpson Lane roundabout. The project is proposed due to the surface degrading significantly faster than its design life dictated. Repairing the unravelling sections of the asphalt would restore serviceability to the roadway.
