Authorize Contra Costa Resource Conservation District to host the “Shoreline Festival: Elements of a Watershed” at the Crockett Waterfront in late May 2020 in the town of Crockett, Contra Costa County. The theme of the festival is the elements (earth, fire, water, and air) with an emphasis on environmental education, sustainability, and clean water practices through community-oriented activities.

Therefore, the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and the above categorical exemption applies.
